What can I do to help you? ~Justin Swallows

The simple act of asking “What can I do to help?,” and meaning it, changes everything. It turns interaction into relationship, and service into strength.

That’s how real trust is built, Justin has clearly come to understand that… and where true RETURN ON RELATIONSHIP begins. /Ted

What can I do to help you?

I have a friend who never lets a conversation end without asking that question. And he means it. It's not a habit or a tactic. It's who he is.

He's wildly successful, but what sets him apart isn't money or status. It's the way he shows up for people. He’s supported me in ways that matter — but I also know I'm not the only one. That's just how he lives.

It’s challenged me in the best way. Made me rethink how I approach relationships — in business and in life.

I've heard the old saying, “People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.” It used to sound like a cheesy quote you'd see on a poster. But with more time and experience, I’ve come to believe it’s one of the realest truths out there.

I’ve spent too much time in the past pushing features, pitching ideas, trying to prove value. That’s not where I'm going anymore!

Whether we work together, met once, or haven’t even crossed paths yet — I want you to know that I care. And I always mean it when I ask:

What can I do to help?
